Clear the Shelters: Adopt-a-thon Weekend Event

The Animal Rescue League of Boston’s (ARL) Animal Care & Adoption Center locations in Boston, Cape Cod (Brewster), and Dedham will be participating in NBC’s annual Clear the Shelters campaign to help promote pet adoption and donations.
Join us from Friday, September 6 – Sunday, September 8 for a fee-waived adoption event. Adoption fees will be waived for select dogs, cats, and small animals. Meet adoptable animals.
Included With Your Adoption
- Spay or neuter services (excluding some small animals)
- Health screening and veterinary examination
- Behavior evaluations & enrichment
- Vaccinations
- Microchip identification and registration
- Heartworm test and preventative medication for dogs
- Flea, tick, and mite treatment
- Deworming for intestinal parasites
- A starter bag of Hill’s Science Diet food for cats and dogs

ARL’s Jeffs Fund helps offset the cost of waived or reduced adoption fees to help animals who may be overlooked due to their medical needs, age, or personality, find the homes they deserve.
