The Keep Pets S.A.F.E. (Supporting Animals and Families Everyday), program was launched three years ago to help keep pets with their families during emergencies, with services that include a pet food pantry. The need is greater than ever. The number of pet meals we provided to the community last year increased by more than 20% and we have already received more than 100 calls to our hotline this year. Our resources have been pushed to the limit and we urgently need your help to Keep Pets F.E.D. (Full Every Day). We are in need of: Dry cat food (13+ lb bags)

The Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL) is teaming up with the City of Boston to provide low-cost rabies vaccines on Saturday, March 1 from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the BCYF Perkins location located at 155 Talbot Ave, Dorchester, MA 02124. . This clinic is first come, first served, no appointments are needed.
