Buffalo Exchange Tokens for Bags® Fundraiser

ARL is happy to announce that we have been selected as a recipient of the Buffalo Exchange Tokens for Bags® program from July through December 2024. You can now support ARL just by shopping at Buffalo Exchange in Somerville and in Brookline. Instead of a plastic bag, the Tokens for Bags® program offers every customer who makes a purchase one “token” valued at five cents (the cost to produce a bag) to donate to one of several local charities selected by the store. The program has generated over $962,840 for hundreds of local nonprofit organizations since 1994 and has saved

The Animal Rescue League of Boston’s (ARL) Animal Care & Adoption Center locations in Boston, Cape Cod (Brewster), and Dedham will be participating in NBC’s annual Clear the Shelters campaign to help promote pet adoption and donations. Stop by one of ARL’s Animal Care & Adoption Center locations during open hours to meet amazing adoptable animals or lend a paw to animals in need by making a donation.
