Doggone Halloween Pet Parade

Hosted by the Downtown Boston Business Improvement District, this free event on Saturday, October 26, from 12-3 pm helps put our neighborhood in the Halloween spirit, as the public showcases their beloved--and costumed--canines. The event's tenth anniversary promises to bring cuteness and joy for all as we welcome Halloween with an overload of dressed-up pups. There will be free treats and giveaways for both dogs and humans. Scaredy Cat K95K

Join the Massachusetts Veterinary Medical Association in North Grafton, MA for a day of family fun featuring the annual Scaredy Cat K95K dog-friendly walk/run. All ages are welcome. Costumes are encouraged but not required. FUNdraise for charity and start a team! Small Animal Weekend Adoption Event

The Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL) will host a fee-waived adoption event for small animals, including guinea pigs, rabbits, mice, and hamsters, at all three of its Animal Care & Adoption Centers.
