City of Boston Low-Cost Rabies Clinic

The Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL) is teaming up with the City of Boston to provide low-cost rabies vaccines on Saturday, March 29 from 10:00am to 2:00pm at BCYF Pino Community Center, 86 Boardman St., East Boston, MA . This clinic is first come, first served, no appointments are needed. Space is limited.  Rabies Vaccine Fees Boston residents: $5 Boston residents over the age of 70: $2 Non-residents: $10 Dog Licensing Fees Dog Licensing will also be available onsite. All pets must be accompanied by a person 18 years or older and on a leash or in a carrier. $15

Did you know… Cell phones contain coltan, a material mined from the western lowland gorilla's natural habitat. Because of the major cell phone demand, the Congo’s coltan mining business has increased rapidly in recent years. This has led to dramatic destruction of the natural habitat of great apes, bringing this species closer to extinction. When recycled, old electronics can have a major impact on the lives of gorillas. This clinic is first come, first served, no appointments are needed. Space is limited.  Rabies Vaccine Fees The rabies vaccine is free for Boston and non-Boston residents. Keep Pets F.E.D. Food Drive

The Keep Pets S.A.F.E. (Supporting Animals and Families Everyday), program was launched three years ago to help keep pets with their families during emergencies, with services that include a pet food pantry. The need is greater than ever. The number of pet meals we provided to the community last year increased by more than 20% and we have already received more than 100 calls to our hotline this year. Our resources have been pushed to the limit and we urgently need your help to Keep Pets F.E.D. (Full Every Day). We are in need of: Dry cat food (13+ lb bags)

Brewster Rabies & Microchip Clinic

The Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL) will be hosting a rabies vaccine and microchip clinic on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 10:00am-2:00pm at ARL’s Tom Kingman Memorial Campus in Brewster, 3981 Main St (Rte 6A), East Brewster. No appointments are needed, walk-ins are welcome. All dogs must be leashed, all cats must be inside pet carriers, and aggressive dogs must be muzzled. All dogs must be under owner/keeper control. Free for Brewster residents $10 rabies vaccine for non-residents $10 microchips for all attendees
