Every time you support the Animal Rescue League of Boston, you are saving lives and giving animals like Gryffindor, pictured above, the care they count on including food, sanctuary, medical care, love, and emergency rescue if they are in danger.
Planned and Tax Advantaged Gifts
Corporate and Workplace Giving
ARL receives no government grants or public funding and it is only because of you that animals like Gryffindor receive:
$25 can provide food, toys, and treats for rescued animals to help them feel safe and loved
$50 can provide vaccines for up to five Community Cats – feral, stray, and friendly cats living outdoors
$100 can provide a shelter dog with special enrichment while they wait for their new home
$500 can help protect animals by supporting our efforts to investigate cases of cruelty and neglect
$1,000 can help provide residents of under-resourced communities access to affordable veterinary care

Tribute gifts are a special way to honor or remember a loved one. When you make a gift in honor / in memory of a person, pet, or occasion, we’ll notify the individual with a personalized card. Make a tribute or memorial gift.
Many companies offer matching gift programs. To find out if your company will match your donation to ARL, check with your HR department or learn more.
Our partner will pick up your car, truck, ATV, boat, or any other motorized vehicle, and give you a tax receipt. Learn more.
Gifts of Stock
Gifts of stock not only help animals in need, they can also provide tax benefits including avoiding capital gains tax. To donate stock or other appreciated securities, contact Jackie Smith.
In-kind Donations
Our Animal Care & Adoption Centers are always in need of supplies like towels, blankets, cat beds, dog beds and toys for all sorts of pets. Learn more about what items we can and cannot accept and to view our online wishlists.
Workplace Giving
If you are a federal, state or municipal employee, you may be able to donate through your employee giving program. ARL participates in The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Employees Charitable Campaign, The City of Boston Employees Charitable Campaign, and The Combined Federal Campaign.
Other companies also offering employee giving programs or payroll deduction options. Please contact your employer for more information on these programs.
Sponsorship support helps cover the costs of our events and ensures funds raised go directly to provide veterinary care, adoption, rescue, advocacy, and special police investigation for animals when they need it most.

ARL has partnered with nonprofit Endaoment to accept cryptocurrency. Endaoment is a community foundation specializing in crypto philanthropy and accepts donations of any digital assets and issues the dollars to ARL as grants. Donate crypto through Endaoment.
You may also be able to donate cryptocurrency to other Donor-Advised Funds and make a grant recommendation to support ARL. Please check with your Fund custodian.
